Customers opt in through the Patriot VoIP website at https://patriotvoip.net/contact. The form requires the customer to enter their mobile number, actively select an unchecked SMS consent checkbox, and submit the form. The form states that the customer agrees to receive text messages from Patriot VoIP regarding their inquiry, requested services, account, appointments, and customer support; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; and customers may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. The form includes public links to the Patriot VoIP Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
